The program prepares a student for the world of working with the welfare of employees at any organisation in the form of salaries, health and safety, recruitment and labour issues among other areas.
Certificates are awarded by the Department of Higher Education & Training (QCTO). You can not obtain your diploma without completing both your theoretical modules and your practical’s logbook assessment. External examinations are administered by the Department of Higher Education & Training (QCTO). The examinations are National Examinations.A student will only be allowed to write the final examinations upon completion of all assignments, assessments and 80% class attendance.
Courses Curriculum
The programme is completed over a minimum period of Three years, with each level taking at least three months. Students can choose between full-time and part-time study.
